Hello, I was curious, there are ICD 10 codes that are incorrect that need fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh digits. So as an example when we see H40.53 it requires a 6th and 7th digit. But the scribes don't know that, they think this is a complete code. So then the billers are having to fix multiple diagnosis codes within the invoices. If not they will get rejected this way through our clearing house. So when we manually go in to fix it in the diagnosis code area, the hide function and delete this code function no longer work, we were told that she had to fix it by exporting the whole diagnosis code file to an excel spread sheet, fix them that way and then import it back. Is there a way we can have that hide function and the delete function back and working as to avoid all the extra work? Cause it is already a huge process deleting the incorrect codes from the invoice and trying to put in the accurate diagnosis codes. Thanks for your time. Aurora

This was a known issue in an earlier version. Are you updated to the latest version of Crystal?

I have some diagnosis set up to prompt me to print letters when I close out the exam and I just did the most recent update a day ago and now I noticed my education letters are not prompting me to print up and the box is not checked.

From Records, go to EHR Settings - Page Options - Clinical Decision Support. It sounds like this may need to be adjusted to ICD10. If this is not the case, or you need assistance go to Support - Request Support and a technician will need to get logged on with you.

i didnt want to do it through the clinical decision support because then i would have to input all the diagnosis.
there is an option to do it through the diagnosis when i go to ADMIN-DIAGNOSIS and click on a diagnosis gives me an option to set alert to post letter. it has always worked before until this last update. i want to do it this way. did you guys remove/disable this capability on the new update?

I just tested this on my side and it appears to be working properly. Verify that the diag code is configured properly to attach a letter and if it is still not working put in a service request and a technician will call to take a look.
