Can someone please explain to me (the way you might explain to a 10 year old!) how to make it clear who the GUARANTOR of the account is and separately who the INSURANCE carrier is. For example a child's guarantor might be at a different address than the carrier of their insurance plan and separate from their mailing address. ALSO, what is the correct way to link families so that if Mom changes her address and she has 5 kids changing with her that can be done quickly. It should have NOTHING to do with the insurance carrier. Thank you!

To start with, you can assign the Insurance to the parent/responsible party by checking 'not primary' on the insurance tab. That could be separate from the 'Billing Address' on the patient tab. There I would put the responsible party who will receive correspondence. As for changing addresses, I don't think CPM is set up for that. Linking doesn't change info across patients.
