Training Documents Master List: Updated 8/15/2019

Some had requested a centralized list of all the training videos and docs. This list contains most of the ones I could find in the threads available on the forum in alphabetical order. It could be helpful if an Admin wanted to pin it and possibly continue to update it..

Also Keep in mind some of these PDF files are older, and it is possible some of the information is outdated.. Obviously, if you need additional help I would contact CPM Tech Support.. How do we add a password log-in for our employees? Previously we had a passnumber assigned to each employee that they used at log in. Right now, we are logging in using no passcode.

You can go to Admin->Company->Security and set the security to Level 1) Require User / Password Login
You can have everyone close Crystal. Upon opening Crystal, you will be prompted to select a user and input the password.

I am STILL having issues with setting up the non-direct email. Can someone please HELP!!! Crystal keep "timing out" when trying to test.....

At the top of Crystal, go to Support->Request support. A tech will reach out to you.
