Is there a help video on how to get an Rx into Allscripts? I find this user NOT friendly. Thx for your help.

check the training vdeos section, but what part are you having trouble with? Maybe we can help you through it?

I have looked on the videos I have & could not find anything. I have a couple of paper "instruction lists" that are just not very clear. I am a computer dummy & need EVERYTHING & EVERY BUTTON clearly defined & shown. If you can connect me with a video first that would be best. Then I can watch it, try to duplicate it and then call you for help.
Thx!

This online forum is a community of Crystal users all across the country communicating common issues and resolutions to one another. There are some Crystal employees who post on the forum from time to time, but in terms of putting something together for you like a full training video or even being available for you to call for help you are going to have to actually call Crystal Tech Support. We attempt to help each other as much as possible on the forum I think, but most of us on here are O.D.'s or full time employees at an optometry practice. The reason I bring this up is because I did not want you to get discouraged by being under the impression that the people you communicate with on the forum are always going to be available to walk you through something. For that kind of personal 1 on 1 walk through you will need to contact Crystal at their offices so they can log into your computer remotely and walk you through certain things. Unfortunately, I think the video Karen shared is going to be the only one out there regarding Allscripts integration. Sorry we can't be more helpful!! Good Luck!

Is there a help video on how to get an Rx into Allscripts? I find this user NOT friendly. Thx for your help. Connie Assuming Crystal has your Allscripts integration set up properly so you can access Allscripts from the med recs, the rest of the process falls under Allscripts domain, not Crystal. When you first enter Allscripts via the e-Prescribe button on the Drug Rx tab, their is a tutorial link in the upper right corner of the screen. That will take you to an index of video tutorials on a variety of topics. That said, I just made up a video showing the basic process for entering and submitting an Rx. Hopefully that will answer most of your questions. I also added the link to the Youtube thread on the Training Videos and Documents section of the forum. youtu.be/p0aCF0ODKzYMarcia

HI Marcia - Your video IS helpful. I have tried to do Allscripts offerings inside Crystal & found them very poor. Crystal HAS offered their personal help. I will go there next.
I will continue to move forward in my learning curve and appreciate everyone's suggestions!
Thank you!
