Diversified Lab Integration and Cl grid

We're trying to streamline things a little with the CL grid and we primarily order from Diversified. I don't see that listed for the CL grid options. Also, if we want to utilize their ordering process, what's the best way to incorporate that into the Records? As is stands now, we have fields such as Acuvue Oasys in our records, but would we have to be specific as to the box size when we finalize the prescription? 12 pack or 24 pack?

Hello Dr. Rudolf, Diversified isn't an option in the CL grid - but you can still order the contacts through Crystal.
This document goes over how to integrate your preferred CL vendor and goes through the ordering process. The PDF is titled OOGP but it works the same for every vendor.
