Frame Order to VSP Claim form mapping

Question for you on the mapping from the frame order to the VSP Claim form.



On the frame tab, the patient supplied vs doctor supplied never seems to map over – at least how we have our drop downs set up right now. Are there specific fields we can use that will transfer this data?

I think we would actually have to have everything written EXACTLY the same way VSP has it. In all honesty, this is a 2 second drop down menu thing that is better than adding even more things we do not use. It does come over with everything else so I never really cared that it didn't do 2 drop downs... I wish the Vision web feature added more information, in comparison, 2 drop downs vs. all lens data...not so bad...
