We are presently using Peachtree Accounting Software for our bookkeeping. We are finding that it does not present an accurate representation of the actual income versus contractual write offs. I am looking for feedback to see what other clinics are using for their accounting software and it's compatibility with Crystal. Thank you!

Intuit's Quickbooks would be the industry standard accounting software. That is what we use. Freshbooks has a great reputation for smaller businesses, and is based in the cloud if having your books available at all times is appealing to you (There are ways to do this with Quickbooks too).
