Our prescription downloads from Allscripts ONLY work if we forego getting a full nine-digit zip code. We like validating addresses with the "Validate" function on the Patient Info tab in Crystal, but if we accept the nine-digit zip code Allscripts will not work. We have to go back to a five-digit zip code before it will work.
PLEASE FIX THIS.

This was an issue with Allscripts that, according to them, was resolved on Friday.
