Is there a way to choose whether an employee is able to change the amount charged in billing? We would really like to make it to where only our admins have that capability.

Is there a way to choose whether an employee is able to change the amount charged in billing? We would really like to make it to where only our admins have that capability. Are you talking about editing the fee that comes up for a billcode you enter on an invoice or are you talking about editing the charges after the invoice has been saved? As far as I know anyone that has access to billing can overwrite the fee that pops up for a billcode. If you only want to allow certain employees to edit an invoice that has already been saved, you can do that in Admin/Employees section. Select the employee and go to the Billing tab on the right and uncheck Allow Editing of Invoices (and Allow Voidng of Invoices) for each employee you want to block. Marcia

ANYONE can change a price, even after YEARS of asking it to be LOCKED. My boss would change price instead of doing a discount so we lost any "value" because customer thought that was the price, than was upset next time when prices were VERY different based on their "wheel and deal" discount approach. I FINALLY got them to stop. but it is a security issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!
