There is a known issue with the iPad app if the iPad is updated to IOS 11 or higher. This updated has caused problems with many apps.
It affects the ability to quickly click a document to select it. A VERY light and quick swipe will move the document from one side to the other. It takes a bit to get used to, but once you get it down, it works every time. (well, 50% of the time it works every time)
At this time, the issue has been forwarded to the development team and they are reviewing the problem. While there is no current ETA, we are hoping for a speedy recovery!
**UPDATE 11/17** The new version has been submitted to Apple for approval. We are hoping for a release on 11/20 or 21

Kraig, When using the app, I get an error when signing the page. The error states "There is a error with your signature, please see the receptionist". All other configuration went well. any ideas? I am using the 2nd or 3rd G Ipad.

I have actually NEVER seen this error, or heard about it. How consistent is it? On your iPad, go to Settings - General - About and give the version number and model number, please.

Hey Mitch, I've forwarded your issue to the developer to see what he says. Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling? Does it happen every time?

As of this morning, the App update is in Waiting for Review status with Apple. I will post as soon as it's released.
My last message from the developer:
I resubmitted the app (version 1.7, build 71) with a couple of adjustments (e.g. document list row height is 80 instead of 100) and an additional guard to try to fix the issue that you mentioned a couple of days ago. If he's still having problems, find out from him exactly which version of Windows he's running on his server. Also, have him try it without a username/password temporarily (remove it from both the share + the app configuration). It's most likely a Windows Share (SMB) issue of some sort. Ask him if the server is on a domain as well.

Where does the signature import or save to when it is uploaded? Are the patients able to view and update their information on the ipad? Do you need the cloud version of crystal for this ap? Also, is there another ap that works for a tablet?

I am able to select the files using the touchscreen now without any problem but when I select more than one document, I am only able to view one document after clicking Start. The document that is visible is the last one on the list selected.
