Presumably you have gotten help by now but any time you have a problem with CPM that is impacting your office functionality, please contact tech support. That's the fastest way to get your problem fixed. While CPM staffers may comment on threads, this forum is mainly a user self-help forum for questions about best practices, sharing tips and making feature requests.
