Does anyone have a way to find a patient that is no longer on file? I searched all patients not just active patients. I also looked in the admin tab under patients and do not see the patient inactive. The patient has been in to our office several times over the years but she is not longer in the system. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like the patient may have been accidentally renamed or something since you can't fully delete a patient from Crystal. Have you tried using different search parameters like the DOB/phone etc. in the patient search window? If you are still not finding the patient, the next step would be a user log report. Reports->User Log Report You may want to leave all dates checked off as we aren't sure when the patient info was altered. Uncheck All Areas, and check off Patient: Updated then Generate Report It may take a while for the report to run depending on how many line items the system returns. In the description column, you'll see the patient's original name and what it was changed to. If you have excel, you can Print to File, save the file and then search the excel document. I hope this helps!! If needed create a ticket for tech support under Support->Request Support -Erica
