Greetings All, I do IT support for a number of optometry offices. Four of them use Crystal currently, and I expect several more will switch over in the near future.
I couldn't find an answer looking through your docs and these forums. I'm curious if CPM needs anything more than bone-stock standard user privileges to run properly on a client station. None of the other systems I have worked with (optometry and dental) seem to be able to do this. Thanks, All

To my knowledge no there is not. That being said, if clients are "thin" or running RDP sessions then it would probably be wise to limit the risk to server by limiting certain permissions of the clients. If you are operating in a LAN setting then the clients would not be as big of a risk. I would talk to Kraig at Crystal for any deeper IT questions.
