Need better control of employee permissions

I think Crystal needs to streamline how we set permissions for employees. I recommend crystal allow the admin to create a category of permission and allow the admin to assign a user to the category.
For example, Crystal can come with 3 default permission categories, Master Admin, Advanced user, Standard User. Crystal can assign standard permissions and users who don't want to create their own categories can use these.
Crystal also needs to allow the admin to create custom categories and be able to assign certain permissions to the category.
With the categories, it allows the admin to assign a permission group to new employees or change permissions to current employees without having to go through each permission item in the employee section.
