Could I use your Crystal PM system to print patient information in label ? (name , address , gender, email, phone number , date of birth etc) thank you

You can. To configure a custom label, go to Admin->Patients. In the Print Folder Options there is a button for fields. This has syntaxs for patient information. You can double click a syntax so that it goes into the print folder options section.
To print it, go to the Patient's chart->Files->Print Folder Label
