The issue with the reporting is that if you are running a report for a period from July THROUGH August, it is not adding time for August 1st. The temporary solution is to run time for the dates in July, then another report for the dates in August.
As for Krystyna's question, the issue is fairly obvious when running the reports, as an entire day is missing. We have never received a call on this issue before, so we have no reason to believe this has been an issue before now.
