At this time, offices are experiencing a 404 error when attempting to batch their ABB orders. This is an issue on ABBs end that they are working to resolve. At this time, Crystal has no ETA on the repair. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I called ABB and they are telling me they were having server issues, but it has been resolved and that the issue is on the end of Crystal PM. Is this correct? Is there an ETA on when I will be able to submit orders again because our cart is really full.

We have spoken with ABB and the issue is still not resolved. Unfortunately, as this is not on the Crystal end, there is no ETA. ABB is still gathering information to better work on a resolution.
