Yes, it appears we all still must jump through the nuances of verifying patient's insurance prior to them arriving. So until someone decides to provide a service for EHRs to integrate with which does this automatically, we all must still do this. In the meantime, it would be nice to be able to simply click a radial button "Insurance Verified" (similar to "confirmed" for appointment)....AND then to have it indicate on daily schedule so that at quick glance staff and management can easily see who has and who hasn't been verified.
Suggestions?
Thanks

We have a flag on the appointments named "Insurance Verified". As long as the employees actually click it - it is a big help! You can rename the flags under schedule in the admin tab

What we're more specifically seeking is for the Daily Schedule to indicate if "Insurance Verified" without having to click on appt and open it up. This allows staff and management to quickly glance at schedule and determine where (and if) attention is required. Clicks and Types take time, time which can be used to add more value to our patients experience.

You can customize your schedule screen to show whatever you want it to. just add the flag and then set that field to show on the schedule.
