When glancing at the daily schedule staff and management would like to easily and quickly ascertain which appt has been confirmed and which hasn't. Opening each appt takes time and effort which really doesn't benefit the patient. Having something simple which when glancing at the daily schedule allows us to quickly know which appts still require confirmation would be extremely helpful. example: "Confirmed" radial button checked has code which then simply changes font color of text in each appt. -OR- Font changes from Red to Black after radial is checked
Just some thoughts

Have you color coded your appointments? What view are you using? If you click on Switch View on the schedule, it should show your appointments and colors on the left. You can modify as needed. We see the appointment type in the appointment - set under Admin> Schedule, and can see by the color whether it's confirmed, a year out pre-appoint, left message, etc.
