Has anyone had any issues when using CPM specifically when creating/adding new UPC's or removing/changing qty's? Every time I try to do this CPM freezes up and goes into "Not Responding" mode causing me to force quit it a majority of the time and redo my work.

Are there any particular settings that work for you guys to avoid this? I'm currently running the following (a little outdated I know): Windows 10 Home, AMD E1-7010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics 1.50 GHz, RAM 8 GB, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Any tips would be helpful! This is very frustrating.

I've had the same issue. We called support but got no solution. When it happens to me, I can see the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the screen slooooooowly get smaller. If I wait 2 to 5 minutes the program will continue and my changes to inventory will save. If I click anywhere in the program before it is finished thinking, the 'Not Responding' message appears and everything freezes up. Then I have to log out and back in again. When I'm back in, I can see the change I was trying to make in inventory prior to the freeze-up is there and has saved.
