It takes minutes for CPM to bring up the online forms. It then can take up to several minutes for the form itself to import into pt file. It has even frozen up CPM to the point that CPM is not responding. Internet is perfectly fine. We make sure not to upload while any syncs are happening. CPM please advise!

I tested on my end and did not experience that long of a delay, the whole process took less than a minute. Since you do have to connect to our server via the internet, it could be that you have a slow connection. We can troubleshoot with you if you call into customer support 800-308-7169.

We are also having trouble downloading the online forms data. CPM does freeze up, and we must restart CPM before the software completes the download screen sequences. Frequently, we cross our fingers and hope the patient demographics are transferred to our office.

The next time you have this issue please call us ASAP so we can check everything on our end. Call 800-308-7169, please state that the issue is urgent as your Crystal is frozen.

I agree with Erica's advice! This isn't a problem that can be solved over the forum. We'll have to check our web server and your connection when its happening to diagnose the problem. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
