If you like a suggestion that someone has made and you want to support their request and add your voice to the suggestion, you can let us know by pressing the "like" button (thumbs up) on the post.

Sorry, but where is the "thumbs up"/ LIKE to click on the post?

Sorry, but where is the "thumbs up"/ LIKE to click on the post? On every post there is a header with buttons on the left. For me they show up as "Quote, Edit, Like, Settings" with icons for the Like and Settings. You should see it on the top right of this post as well. Above these words is a box where I quoted your post, above that is the header for this post with the date and the buttons.

You have to be logged in for the Like icon to show up...

Ahhh. Thanks for that. I would never have gotten there on my own.

I'd recommend replying to the thread too to keep the thread active. Most people don't come to the forums regularly and requests can get buried pretty quickly.

Do you actually look at the requests? I have had one there forever and crystal has not commented on it or done anything about it.

Hello, yes we do monitor the forum. Requests are added to the product backlog for review however not all requests will be released or may not be released right away. While we would love to add in every request made by every user of the software it's not always possible. We do value your input and suggestions!
