Gmail has put into place some new security settings that might interfere when setting up or using the email service for recalls. You want to make sure that you have "Access for less secure apps" ENABLED in your Gmail settings. 1. To check this, please navigate to accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?elo=1, then log in to your Gmail account. 2. Click "Security" at the top, then Account Permissions. 3. Make sure that it shows "Enabled" here. I did run into an issue on a computer where I did not have the "Enabled" option, but it asked me to allow an app. From here, I clicked to allow the app, selected "Gmail" from the dropdown, then "Windows Computer" from the next dropdown. After clicking next, it supplied me with a 16-digit password in a yellow box. You will type this 16-digit password into Crystal. This should allow you to begin sending recalls. I hope this helps!
