When I run my referral report, it either shows zero referrals or it has a very low number of referrals. Why?

Professional / Patient referrals found under the Patient-Additional Info tab will only show up on the report is the referral is selected on the first visit. If you enter the referral anytime after the first visit it will not reflect in your referrals report.
We are getting our Referral Rewards program up and running again after 3 years with Crystal. This is an annoying side effect of the software. I agree with the above poster that any time the Referral field is populated it should be recognized.
