Is there anyway to do a report on which Dx codes were used in certain time frame (ie, the last 2 months)? Thanks.

Correspondence Report, uncheck "All Diagnosis Codes" then enter the code(s) you're trying to track and the date range.

That's what I was afraid of. We found that but I was hoping for something with all of our Dx codes. Thank you!

Are you looking for some sort of summary of all the diagnosis codes?

Yes. We are trying to survey what Dx codes we have used and how many of each, etc. Do you have any easier way than the correspondence report?

I looked around and couldn't find anything else that would even be close. Correspondence report is a LONG way to get this information but it can be done this way.

I have modified other reports in the past, tho not for this in CPM. You could make a billing code for a diagnosis identifier. You still need the regular diagnosis code. It requires additional key strokes to record it, and it shows on the receipt, which is not bad depending on how you describe it. Certainly off label use of a billing code but you can isolate time and choose Dx, but it would only be good going forward and you are dependent on your staff or you manually choosing the right Dx/billing code. Just a thought.
