If Crystal PM freezes during the update process:
A) Do you wait for tech support... and don't touch anything? B) Restart Crystal and everything will be okay? C) Close office and go home?

Fortunately ... or maybe unfortunately, Crystal support corrected things in a timely manner. Staff was hoping for option C.
Note to self #478: Should we continue to archive scanned patient records as pdf files under the FILES tab for patients?
