What is the best/easiest way to create the Summary of Care? And how do we prove we've done that if we ever get audited for Meaningful Use?

On the ARRA tab in records you can click on the "Print Clinical Summary" button which will open a dialog box where you may either print the summary and give to patient or you can upload it to the patient's portal. Doing either of these from this dialog box will also check off the box on the ARRA tab labled "patient has received clinical summary of this visit". This box being checked is necessary if you want crystal to track the patients who have been provided a clinical summary.  |
