Ok, I have installed the printer but it is not an option when printing. Is there something that may be preventing me from using it? Thanks Have you double checked in your devices and printers that is shows up? If so in your print menu there should be a place to click manage print options and you may see it listed further down in your print option. Hope this helps!! It does NOT show up in devices and printers. I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

Will be faster than waiting for someone on the forum to come up with the right answer, I promise. Karen

I also think the termed or inactive insurance's should be able to be inactivated not deleted. I don't agree with just adding more tabs to deal with, some of us have enough as it is. ALSO, the notes section for insurance notes should be WAY BIGGER....there is so much wasted space there. One last thing, when adding notes, a date and initials should auto populate and remain in chronological order with the most recent note at the top...not underneath.

It would be great if we had a date field that allows you to enter activation date and then term date. Especially for those patients that want to give us a card that will be active in a month. Also, it allows you to see term dates if you need to look back for someone who has changed insurances a few times through out the year. I've seen this in most programs I've worked with before and it's super helpful!
