is there a way to set up two tax rate in Crystal PM because general merchandise (i.e. lens cleaner) gets taxed at a higher rate than prescription eyewear and right now I only see that you can only set up one tax rate in the "admin" tab under "company" tab

I have asked Crystal PM for this capability also and there is none at the moment. I was told to post messages on the forum so that developers would see that there is a great need for this capability in the medical field. We have tax rates changing and some temporary. There is definitely a need for the ability to set up more than one tax rate.

The only way to have 2 tax rates is if you use the multi-location function.

We would love to have this feature added! We're struggling with our tax reporting right now because of this. It would be much easier to be able to set 2 tax rates

I would like this feature added as well!
In California, Eyemed charges the Optometrist a tax for spectacles. If any of you are also charged this tax, where do you enter it when reconciling the EOB? I asked Crystal and they advised me to add it to another charge, such as frames or exam, but this throws off the correct accounting.
Is there a way to add an extra line in Crystal so I can include this tax for what it truly is?
