Hello! Our office is just starting to use Crystal and it looks like our Saturdays are blocked off, but we schedule patients on Saturdays. It won't let us schedule anyone for those days. Anyone know how to fix this?

in Admin>Schedule, click on any day when you want to begin the change. You will see a pop up with the last option being 'Change ongoing schedule...'. That will bring up a box at the lower left of the screen where you can set the schedule and include your Saturdays. Hope this helps. We also found that having the schedule show from 7am to 6pm with 15 minute increments helps us see more of the appointments. You can adapt that based on your office needs.
