It seems we've been having a lot of issues lately with offices not receiving proper assistance when calling in to Allscripts. In order to try to alleviate these issues, we are now asking that you email us directly at email@example.com, and I will personally contact Allscripts on your behalf.
We ask that you provide your name, practice name, Allscripts username and a description of the issue. Once we receive this email, either I will give you a call back directly or I will call Allscripts and begin a case, then reply to your email with the active case ID. This will allow us to better track case status and make sure everyone is getting the proper service.
