With the integrated version of AllScripts, you can import the allergy and medication history as part of the CCR. For those of you who use this feature, how long is it taking you before you are able to import these histories?
Thank you, Erica

I was clocking it, but as soon as I hit ten minutes, I tossed it into the "impractical" corner. I'm guessing that it's a matter of linking to the mail-order pharmacy associated with the retail one. In poking around, I found a chart that had a mail-order pharmacy listed without a retail one, and the CCR was working just fine there.
Edit: Nope. I take it back. Another chart had a retail pharmacy but no mail-order. CCR worked there, too. So no hints on a functioning CCR are being dropped by the state of the E Prescribe window.

So, that was a bit of an older post - around that time, unless the patient had been previously seen in Crystal, you had to click the CCR button 1-3 days before their appointment in order to import the CCR. Super fun AND totally unrealistic! Our developer has since added in a feature so that you can send AllScripts a list of patients who have an upcoming appointment to (hopefully) streamline everything a little bit better. I outlined how-to in this post: crystalpm.proboards.com/thread/1496/allscripts-new-send-future-apptsErica
