So I've been going round and round with an office (hosted ikn the CLOUD) about how to integrate the Patient "Online Forms" feature and have conjured up many a coding solution (button add) for the Crystal team to implement said integration. The solutions got better and better until it came around to basic common sense - kind of an Occam's razor type thing - if you know where to look.
What the heck am I talking about? Well, What is the best way to get the link to the patient for the "Online Forms"? - There was talk about adding a button much like the "Email Portal Access" buttin in the "Files" tab but in the end, I figured "We already have THAT button - why not just change the wording of that existing message to include the reference and link to the "OnlineForms".
I tried it - it works just fine on mobile and regular WEB (differences I found in testing different solutions).
- Hope this helps!

I'm still confused. I think you're saying you edited the message that is sent via the Email Portal Access button to include a link to the online forms too. Is that correct? Marcia
