Some of you may be coming up with an error similar to the image below when opening Eprescribe: This is due to an issue with Allscripts. If you have multiple locations that you must select from, there are 2 checkboxes at the bottom (Keep me logged in.... and Make this my default....) that are causing the issue. You will want to reset your Internet Explorer settings, then DO NOT CHECK EITHER ONE OF THESE BOXES. Currently, the resolution is to: 1. In Windows, press start button and search for “Internet Options” then open 2. Advanced 3. Reset 4. Check “Delete personal settings” 5. Reset 6. When opening Eprescribe, DO NOT check the box to save the location

Kraig, my doc has been having issues with Allscripts duplicating an order and the edit and delete buttons not working. Any known issues related to this? He says it's just recent. Also getting script errors.

The script error is a known issue that they are working on. I have not heard anything about duplicate orders or buttons not working. I would need to get logged on when the issue is happening in order to diagnose and put in a ticket with Allscripts.
