Start by navigating to the record you'd like to delete. Once there, select 'EHR Settings' at the top of your screen (where File, Configuration, etc. live). Next, select 'Record Information' and choose 'Delete Medical Record' Voila!

I think OP is talking about actually deleting a patient's chart as opposed to deleting an unnecessary medical record. This is a request echoed by many in the CPM user community and has been brought up on multiple occasions. It seems as though there may be some issues in terms of "compliance" preventing this ability from being added to CPM. Whether that issue lies with CMS, Crystal itself, or maybe the "drummond group" who certifies Crystal's EHR technology is still, as far as I know, an un-answered question.
How can one delete an item from their patient portal?
Go to the patient>Files> Online Portal (Add/Remove Files). You have to get the online files window open. You can select a file in the file tree, right click on it, and upload to online documents. This will open the window. From there, you can select the file you want to remove, and click remove File. Then just 'x' out of the window, you don't have to save the new file.
Don't let what you can't do keep you from doing what you can do!
