I uploaded a medical record for a patient today, received the prompt to set a username and password, and did that. Then I went to the online portal to add another file, but it prompted me again to set a username and password before I could access the docs. The username/password I set shows under the auth users tab. It seems that when you set one from a prompt elsewhere in the program, it should fill it in on the Online Portal section of the Files tab. We should not have to do it multiple times. If I had not been the one to go to that section next, someone else might have changed the password. Seems a potential problem to me. Let me know if I'm missing a step here. Thanks, Karen
Even better, I just tried to enter the username and password I created via the prompt, and it tells me it already exists, and won't let me in to add docs. Help??

Any progress on this issue? In addition to the first problem I noticed, I have fond another. When I upload the medical record, then go to the invoice, it won't put the portal info on the invoice because it says missing username/password. Need fixed soon, please... Karen

Another question on the same/similar subject....I have a doctor entered as a patient so I can upload patient records/files to the portal for him. The office there knows the username/password. I thought it would be easier to add him as an authorized user to each patient we refer over, but I cannot use his username and password. It seems I am forced to set a new one for each patient we are sending records over for. I understand we don't want to normally duplicate this but is there a way around or do I need to continue with the old way of doing things? Karen
