Hello.
I've noticed that whenever I try to order contacts through the OOGP integration module, it always hangs when I get to base curve and I have to close Crystal. If I click to upgrade the catalogue, it doesn't hang any more, but I have to do this every day regardless of whether or not the catalogue is up to date. This happens on both brand new hardware and older hardware. I have the most up to date version of Crystal. Any suggestions?

There is a way to force Crystal to re-download the catalog - instead of clicking the update catalog button, you right click it. Make sure to stay on the page until the catalog is fully downloaded. Let me know if this helps, it shouldn't be hanging on the BC! Erica

Use a computer you do not need for a while or do it before you open or after you close. un-check the circled button to revert back to an older version, or it will tell you that you have latest version. Let download...forever. When finished, recheck button and repeat. This will fix...I had same issue last year and that solved it.
