I would like to decrease the size of the database to speed up back up. Does anyone know how to delete old frames that we do not have in stock nor intend to reorder? I see how to delete one frame at a time, is there any way to removed more then 1 at a time? If I do that: 1. will they show up on reports? 2. will they still show up on invoices? 3. I know I can hide zero quantity frames but that will not reduce the size of my database. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

There is a way to export the list into Excel and then import the revised list. Keep in mind that deleted UPC's won't show on previous reports! They will come back unknown. The UPC will be preserved in the invoice though. How large is your database? Usually the Patient files are the big ones.

If you really want to delete (I want to merge a bunch of frames but I do delete duplicates with NO info other than it being added in.

I know how to export the inventory to excel, but how do I import the excel file once I made my changes?
