Yes. We do not utilize that often at our office, but it allows to you set up different kinds of encounters for your medical record. When selected, it will highlight the fields you set up beforehand to remind scribes and docs they need to fill that field before the end of the visit. For example if you set it up for a Diabetic Exam you might have it highlight the A1C field in your medical record to remind you to record that. how do i get it highlight the fields that need to be filled out? i have it set up but when i click show records of procedure, a window pop up but it's blank

how do i get it highlight the fields that need to be filled out? i have it set up but when i click show records of procedure, a window pop up but it's blank There is a drop down menu in the lower left hand corner of the records. If you would like to have Crystal default to a specific records for procedure you can go to Admin->Company->Assign a default record for procedure on new medical records & choose the one you want to default to.
