Can anyone tell me if we can edit these scheduler options (When you right click on a patient's name in the schedule: "View Patient" "View Records" "View Billing" ?? We want to add "View Insurance"

I don't believe it is possible to edit those options... You can, however, double click on the patient to bring up the appointment dialog box and press the "view demo" button to view demographics and insurance info.

I am trying this forum for the first time and I dont find it user friendly so far. difficult to figure out where to start. not eveb sure this is where to post the questions. Need help with resetting hours of operation for doctor. I have tried several time to change from a certain date forward and it does not save the new scheduled times.

Admin>Schedule>rt click on a day on the calendar>change ongoing schedule...> change hours in window that appears at bottom> update schedule. If that doesn't work, what, if any, errors do you get?
