While in the Records section, under EHR Settings->Page Options there is an option to toggle on the abnormal findings.
If a field has a drop down menu and you choose anything other than the first option or free type into the field, the text displays as red. It doesn’t seem to work on multi line fields. If the field doesn’t have a drop down menu, the text will be black regardless of what you enter.
Since this is a new feature, it may go under further development.
One thing that would be nice is the ability to mark which fields you would like to include in the abnormal findings option as it doesn't apply to all fields.
