Really wishing I had a backup of my diagnosis codes right now.... Buttons aren't working and I don't have a backup.

Do I have any options to fix this if I don't have a backup of my diagnosis codes? Obviously, I don't have a backup of my diagnosis codes.

The way diagnosis buttons work in the record is by using a search query for the diagnosis description... If you originally set up the buttons this should sound familiar. I have a feeling though that most users are using a medical record design that someone else created (Like my design, Dr. Detloff's design, or Dr. Peter Cass' design).. Basically you will need to go in and edit the settings on each button that is not functioning properly. You can do this by going into the edit med rec template mode.. It is too complex for me to get into a full tutorial here on how to change the search queries, but if you dont already know how to do this I suggest calling crystal tech support and asking them to walk you through editing a couple of the buttons so that you can then go through and do it your self.

You could be using Dr. Dettloff's list of codes which is different than the list in Crystal email me erica@crystalpm.com so I can email you her list to upload. i am not using her list of codes. the buttons i created in my records is broken. I called support and Kraig is looking into this for me actually Kraig do you know if the new update fixed this issue you tried to help me with previously?
