Ours as well, as is the update feature, I get a "socket is not established" error.

We are getting the same error for any portal uploads.

Yes, we had a bad storm roll though TX last night. It caused some electrical issues here and our web server is still down because of it. We are working on getting it back up ASAP for everybody though! This affects a few things like updating Crystal, uploading documents to the portal, downloading patient info that was filled out online.

Everything is resolved, I just did a test upload medical record and it went through. It may be best for you to contact support by going to support->request support so we can give you a call.
