I'm using the free version of Allscripts that integrate with Crystal and I noticed that the patient information does not autopopulate in Allscripts anymore? does anyone know why and how to fix this?

I have also been experiencing this issue, along with a couple other issues. I've tried contacting them, but have been unable to receive any response.

that's the paid version which is probably why yours still auto populate
