We have been using the "Letters" button to create a diabetic report since we started on Crystal in June 2012. One of the field that I had it pulling in was -171 Medication Summary and this would list their medications in the letter. This has stopped working and now lists "No active medications" even though there are medications listed in the meds section of the ARRA page. Any advice? Up to this point, we have not been putting a status along with the medication when they've been added (active, prior history, no longer active). Please don't tell me we have to change each and every status. Some of these people are on 20+ meds and/or don't know what they take or are still taking.

I just noticed this problem today too. do we have to go in and edit our letter template for the medication field?

Same problem noticed here as well. I have had Todd work on this and he took a copy of our patient and records to send to Paul to figure the problem out.
