So Gina informed me today as I was messing around with the capture rate report that the "@" symbol only totals the monies collected for invoices generated during the time period designated, not the total revenue recorded during that time period. So for example, if you selected you date range for the month of June 2017 it would only total the money applied to invoices created in June 2017, not all money received. I prefer to run my metrics off of total revenue collected during the month as it is a static number. By only counting revenue for fee slips generated during the specified timeline you have to deal with a dynamic number that changes as the third party payments roll in over 1-3 months+, so it is months before you can get an idea of how you did. Can we somehow get the total revenue collected for the time period as an option? I know we already have 2 reports that give me this information, but as the capture rate report is capable of allowing us to use that number in a variety of calculations it would save me the trouble of needing to key in all of these numbers into my excel spread sheet. Thanks.
