I have a new laptop and have used the client install files I had on another computer in the office to run it as a client. When I attempt to connect to the server (by either server name or IP address), I get the "No valid version of the code is available" message. I have tried disabling the firewall and I am able to ping the server via powershell.
The only difference is this laptop is running the latest edition of windows 10 (version 1703). I have searched the forum but I have not found any help on this issue.
Has anyone had this issue?
Thank you,
nlitend1

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I get the same message/error though.

You should really call tech support for things like this. While Crystal employees may respond to some posts, this forum is mainly for user-based help. If you're working on something outside business hours you might get lucky and get an answer here but there's no reason to be waiting 2 weeks for help getting your laptop to work when tech support can help you right away.
