We are looking at phone systems and really like what WEAVE has to offer. However, the negative feedback on Facebook and Yelp is keeping us from proceeding. Any users with feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I can't for the life of me remember which office I worked with, but the one office I know of that had it up and running loved the service. The only reason I know this is because another office was having difficulty getting it set up, so I called the first office just to see what tech had gotten them set up. I haven't heard anything negative from any Crystal users yet.

We just started using Weave this month, so take my advice with that grain of salt, but Weave does have some clear advantages. The first being that it is a Voice Over IP service, so if you are like us and pay the phone company extra money every month for roll over lines that calls in can roll onto if our primary line is being used, you no longer need to do that. Also, being web based allows weave to offer some pretty cool integrations with crystal like when someone calls if you link your phone with your computer then it will automatically pop up that patients basic information based on the phone number.. There are negatives to consider though, and the primary one is that if your internet goes down, so does your phone line. Also, the weave system does not require incredibly fast internet speeds however it does require consistent internet connectivity. You will want to research internet service providers and have the most reliable connection possible. Dont just go with the cheapest option. You should consider that many smaller phone/internet providers do not have distributed networks in place. For instance in my area in Frisco TX we had the option of going with a few different ISP's, one called "Spectrum" has a statewide network and if it goes down, everyone state wide goes down. Meanwhile AT&T despite being a bit more expensive for equivalent data speeds has a distributed network and is overall much more reliable.

We started using it about a month ago. So far, we're pretty happy. It would be even better if there was a direct integration with Crystal that allowed for saving of text messages & call times in a patient's file.

I noticed you said that if your phone is linked with your computer Weave automatically pulls up the patient's chart based on the phone number. We have been using Weave for about 6 months now, but ours does not pull up anyone's chart. That would be awesome! We can see information like their insurance, balance, address, etc. but it does not take us into Crystal. Can you please tell me how you pull up the charts?

So, I miss spoke on this comment from a couple of years ago. It does pull info from their chart but it pulls up via a Weave pop up rather than directly in Crystal. I edited my original post to more accurately reflect the actual way it works. Sorry for any confusion!!

Thanks for the clarification! Even though it would be great if it could bring us directly into Crystal at least that isn't another issue for me to try to resolve.
