we started an exam in the wrong patient, how do we go back and delete that record...or is that even possible?

go to the patient record with incorrect info, make sure you are on the date of service with wrong info. Top of page > EHR Settings dropdown. Look for Record Information slide out menu. Top one should be delete record. Make sure again you are on the record you want to delete!!!
