Glasses and Contact Rx expiration dates...

Is it possible to set different glasses rx expiration dates base on age.  Having a std glasses default set to  2 yrs may be great for over 18, but younger patients might be better only having one year. Could this be set up in defaults so we don't have to remember to alter all those rx for under 18 patients?
